    We want you and your pup to love your Little Hund coat! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
  • 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
  • RETURN CONDITIONS
    To be eligible for a return:
    ✓ Items must be unworn and in original condition
    ✓ Tags must still be attached
    ✓ Item must be in original packaging
    ✓ Include proof of purchase (order number)
  • HOW TO RETURN
    1. Email us with your order number
    2. We’ll provide return instructions
    3. Ship the item back to us (customer pays return postage)
    4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • EXCHANGES
    Love the coat but need a different size? We’re happy to exchange!
    Email us and we’ll arrange a free exchange (Australia only).
  • EXCEPTIONS
    Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
    ✗ Item has been worn outside
    ✗ Tags have been removed
    ✗ Item is damaged or soiled
  • DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
    If your item arrives damaged or defective:
    – Contact us within 7 days
    – Send photos of the damage
    – We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund
